PURPOSE:To freely control a correction of the light quantity distribution, by easily combining a link member and a linear motor. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a plate-like slit member 3 having a rectangular exposure slit 4 of prescribed width A, a link member 5 placed on one side edge of the exposure slit 4, and a linear motor 6 for moving the link member 5 against the exposure slit 4. One end of link pieces 5A, 5B has a floating slot 8 which is fitted so as to be capable of floating against a guide pin 7, and the other end of the link pieces 5A, 5B is axially connected jointly by a driving pin 9. To the pin 9, an armature rod 6A of the linear motor 6 is connected. By operating the linear motor 6, a position of the axial pin 9 of the link member 5 is moved suitably in the direction as indicated with an arrow C. |
