摘要 PURPOSE:To perform a high-precision measurement, by providing sensor units, which are provided in parallel so that plural piezoelectric elements are placed in the carrying region, in two positions in the direction of carrying and obtaining a flow rate of a pulverulent material on the basis of electric signal obtained from respective piezoelectric elements. CONSTITUTION:Piezoelectric elements e1 and e'1, e2 and e'2-en and e'n of a sensor unit SU1 are directed to the upper stream side of carrying and are attached in slightly inside positions of concentric circles S1, S2...Sn of a pneumatic tube 90, respectively. Piezoelectric elements f1 and f'1, f2 and f'2...fn and f'n of a sensor unit SU2 are attached to the attaching rod similarly. Electric signals obtained from respective piezoelectric elements are operated with time in operating circuits 1e and 1f, and results are inputted to a flow rate operating device to obtain a flow rate M of a pulverulent material.
