发明名称 OPTICAL SYSTEM FOR SCANNING LUMINOUS FLUX
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an optical luminous-flux scanning system which never causes parallel movement due to a scan of luminous flux, by aligning the center of rotation of a driving mirror to the optical axis of an objective, and equalizing the center-to-center distance between the objective and mirror to the focal length of the objective. CONSTITUTION:In an optical luminous-flux scanning system which irradiates a body 12 with a laser beam 16, rotates a driving mirror 14 to perform tracking, and detects reflected light, the center 5 of rotation of the mirror 14 is aligned to the optical axis in the center of an objective 13, and the distance between the center of the objective 13 and the center 15 of the mirror 14 is equalized to the focal length of the objective 13. Consequently, even when the mirror 14 is rotated at an angle theta, the beam 16 travels on the optical path with the incidence and is reflected at the position of the beam 16. Therefore, the reflected beam never moves in parallel and the optical scanning system is obtained in which the incident luminous flux and reflected luminous flux invariably coincident.
