PURPOSE:To obtain a photoreceptor high in sensitivity to semiconductor laser beams, and chargeable potential, by forming a photosensitive layer made of a copper phthalocyanine pigment, poly-N-vinylcarbazole, an oxadiazole derivative, and polyester. CONSTITUTION:B type copper phthalocyanine, poly-N-vinylcarbazole having 2,000,000-100,000mol.wt., an oxadiazole derivative, such as 2,5-bis(4'-diethylaminophenyl)1,3,4-oxadiazole, and polyester having 10,000-100,000mol.wt. are dissolved in a solvent, and this liquid is milled, and coated on an aluminum plate, and dried. The obtained photoreceptor is raised to 620V in surface potential by corona charging it with +7.2kV, and has high sensitivity to a light of 775nm wavelength. In the figure, B is the case where said ixadiazole is not contained, and C is the case where further said polyvinylcarbazole is not contained. |
