PURPOSE:To enable highly viscous fluids to be flowed into turbine portion smoothly by sucking floating substances on surface preferentially by a structure in which the turbine impeller is formed into an upward intake shape and its periphery is provided with an inversely truncated conical draft. CONSTITUTION:The turbine impeller 2 is hanged down in the mixing tank 1 in such a way that the upper opening edge of the inversely truncated conical draft 6 provided on the periphery of an upward intake type of the impeller 2 is touched with the liquid surface. The liquid flow which is sucked in the intake 3 by the rotation of the impeller 2 and then discharged toward the bottom of the tank from the discharge port 4 goes up along the side wall of the tank, as shown by the arrow mark, and thereby the liquid surface turns into an annular flux flowing toward the upper opening edge of the draft 6, thus permitting any type of floating substances to be destroyed into a microscopically uniform mixture without causing the adhesion of them to the wall of the tank or residue thereon of any floating substance, combined with the convective fluidization action produced throughout the tank. |
