PURPOSE:To expand precisely a part of a waveform to be observed to enable observation, by applying negative feed back to the output of an amplifier, to which the signal to be observed is inputted to the amplifier through a serial capacitor only in a prescribed time zone, through a low pass filter. CONSTITUTION:The synchronizing signal pulse of a signal source 1 to be observed is inputted to the time base terminal of an oscilloscope 4 and also a switching drive circuit 8 through a delay circuit 7. Consequently, a switch Sw 11 is turned off after a delay DELTAt from the rise point of the waveform of the signal to be observed, and a switch Sw12 is turned off similarly, and the input signal wave is inputted to the oscilloscope 4 through a capacitor 15 and an amplifier 91 to observe the waveform. At this time, since a switch Sw13 is turned off, the output of the amplifier 91 is fed back negatively to the amplifier 91 through a low pass filter 10 and an amplifier 92. Thus, the time width for the occurrence of spike is shortened, and the time from the end of the transient state to the balanced state is shortened. |
