PURPOSE:To maintain a hot water storing and supplying tank at a high temperature and minimize heat radiation loss by a method wherein a heating medium from a heat collecting means is circulated through the hot water storing and supplying tank and a room heating accumulator in said order and a bypass circuit is provided for the heat collecting means. CONSTITUTION:The heating medium from the heat collecting means 2 is flowed through a circuit 1 to a heat exchanger 4 in the hot water storing and supplying tank 3, and then sent to the room heating heat accumulator 6 by a pump 6, and finally recirculated into the heat collecting means 2 through a three-way valve 7. The bypass circuit 8 is branched from the three-way valve 7 for bypassing the heat collecting means 2. A thermostat 10 is provided within the heat collecting means 2, another thermostat 11 in the lowest part of the hot water storing and supplying tank 3, a further thermostat 12 in the lower part of the tank 3 and still further thermostats 13 and 14 respectively in the lowest and highest parts of the room heating heat accumulator 6. In summer and medium seasons, in the hot water supply, the heat collecting circuit 1 operates in response to a difference temperature between the thermostats 10 and 11 and the three- way valve 7 changes-over in response to a difference temperature between the thermostats 12 and 14. |
