<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a composite container efficiently usable as a circulation container for liquid, by bending a barrel folded in two plies, shaping it into a square tube and fitting a bottom part and a mouth part to its both ends and jointing them by high frequency heating. CONSTITUTION:A container A is constituted from a square tubular barrel 1, a bottom part 2 and a mouth part 3 prepared separately. The barrel 1 is formed from an inside plastic layer 4 of polyethylene etc., an intermediate metal foil 5 of an aluminum foil etc. and an outside layer 6 of polyethyleneterephthalate etc. and folded in two plies during transportation etc. The bottom part 2 and the mouth part 3 are formed integrally square like from polyethylene etc. These members 1, 2, 3 are separately transported, and at a container manufacturing apparatus of a liquid filling spot the folded barrel carried by a supply device is bent square tube like by a barrel forming device, the bottom part and the mouth part are fitted by the container assembly device and jointed airtightly by high frequency heating.</p> |
