MANUFACTURE OF RECLAIMED MATERIAL FROM WASTE PLASTICS

PURPOSE:To manufacture a material having the same color as a covering material of an outside wire incorporated with a steel wire and the same material properties, by adding a sheath of a disposed SD wire or carbon black to a sheath of a disposed intra-office cable. CONSTITUTION:By adding 10-20pts.wt. of black soft polyvinylchloride obtained from a sheath of a disposed SD wire to 100pts.wt. of light gray soft polyvinylchloride obtained from a sheath of a disposed intra-office cable it becomes the same color as a covering material of an outside wire incorporated with a steel wire. In such a way an obtained reclaimed material does not only become the same dark gray color as the covering material of the outside wire incorporated with the steel wire, but also material properties become equal. Thus, the covering material of the outside wire incorporated with the steel wire can be obtained economically.
