PURPOSE:To prevent the fluctuation in mixing rate of a mixed liquid, by supplying each liquid to a mixing section with each measuring pump. CONSTITUTION:A control section 12 operates pumps 16-18 so that a mixed liquid level 11 can be kept almost constant, based on a detection signal from mixed liquid level detectors 19 and 20 serving as flow-rate difference detectors for the total flowrate of mixed liquid supplied from measuring pumps 16-18 and the flow rate carried with a mixed liquid carrying pump 3. That is, the total flow rate of the pumps 16-18 is controlled so that the mixing liquid level can be kept almost constant with the control section 12 and the rate of flow of the liquids can be controlled according to the preset program. Thus, the fluctuation in the pressure of the mixing section caused in the discharging process of gas produced in the mixing section can be avoided and the fluctuation in the mixing rate of mixed liquid can be prevented. |
