PURPOSE:To eliminate a loss of resin and also to shorten a curing time by a method wherein a solid thermosetting resin is placed on a heated female mold, and after placing stator component parts in sequence thereon, a heated male mold is inserted to curing. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting resin ring 2 solid at normal temperature is arranged in a heated female mold 1. After placing a cylindrical magnet 3, an elastic matter 4 made of ring rubber and a cap yoke 5 in sequence thereon, a heated male mold 6 is inserted to catch them together with the female mold, the thermosetting resin ring 2 is dissolved to fluidize in the molds and then fixed solidly as a stator. By constituting such, a loss of resin is eliminated, a curing time is shortened and further a bubble is prevented from arising in the resin at curing. |
