PURPOSE:To obtain the fluid mixing apparatus which is compact, simplified and easy in maintenance, in mixing fluids from two kinds of pipe passages having regulators, by communicating the other pipe passage with the kettle side of one regulator. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of pipe passages are respectively equipped with regulators 61 and the regulator 61 of the first pipe passage connects a gas introducing port 68 and a gas discharge port 69 at the main body side thereof, a pressure spring 66 to the side of a push screw regulating kettle 63 and a mechanism loading tank pressure of a mixed gas. On the other hand, in the regulator of the second pipe passage,the main body side thereof has a similar structure and, to the side of the regulating kettle 63, the spring 66 and the secondary side pipe passge of the regulator of the first pipe passage are connected. By this structure, secondary sides of both regulators are made equal in pressure and, therefore, fluids are stably mixed. In addition, the mixing stable region of the regulator of the first pipe passage is enlarged by summing the force of the spring 66 and the tank pressure of a mixed gas. Therefore, mixing preciseness is made well and a compact apparatus is obtained. |
