<p>PURPOSE:To recover formed organic acids and perform a methane-forming treatment efficiently, by a method wherein a mixed sludge liquid obtained by an acid-forming treatment of an organic waste liquid is mixed with cleaning water, and after solid-liquid separation, the separated liquid containing organic acids is subjected to a methane-forming treatment. CONSTITUTION:The organic waste liquid 19 such s a sludge from a settling basin is placed in an acid-forming treatment tank 20, and after performing the acid-forming treatment at 10-60 deg.C, the mixed sludge liquid 21 obtained by the treatment is continuously or intermittently fed into an agitating and mixing tank 22. The liquid separated after the methane-forming treatment is also introduced into the tank 22, and is mixed with the sludge liquid 21 by agitation. Then, the mixed sludge liquid 24 is introduced into a solid-liquid separator 25, where it is separated into the separated liquid 26 containing the organic acids and a sludge 27. The separated liquid 26 is introduced into a methane-forming treatment tank 28, and the methane-forming treatment is conducted at 10-60 deg.C to form a methane-containing gas 31, which is effectively used as a fuel or the like.</p> |
