PURPOSE:To make it possible to certainly detect even an obstacle present in a range of a near distance, by detecting the image speed on an image surface on which the light image of a light source is formed while detecting the obstacle by the detected value. CONSTITUTION:The rotary shaft 2 of an objective lens 1 rotated at a constant speed is provided in the vicinity of a focus position leaving a constant distance from the objective lens 1 and a polar pectinated reticle 3 is provided on an image surface coming to the focus position so as to be positioned at right angles to a light axis (b). The image speed on the image surface coming to an obstacle on which the light image of a light source is formed is detected to detect the obstacle. |
