PURPOSE:To utilizing the band of the communication line without waste to shorten the communication time, by changing the timing clock frequency of picture signal transmission in the transmission side for every one scanning according to transmitted picture information. CONSTITUTION:In respect to data from the transmission side, one-scanning components of the picture signal is set as one block, and the synchronizing signal indicating the delimitation of each block and the control signal used for communication control procedures and so on are added before the picture signal of each block. Timing clock frequency (k) of picture signal transmission in the transmission side is changed for every one scanning in the range where the maximum picture frequency of the picture signal in one scanning does not exceed the band of the communication line, and this frequency (k) is changed to a value as high as possible. |
