PURPOSE:To safely and reliably install an ocean structure, by a method wherein a pipe and an anchor are coupled on the sea, and an upper end of a pipe group is joined to an ocean structure. CONSTITUTION:An anchor 2 is lifted by a crane 1a on a crane burge 1, one end of a pipe 3a is coupled to the anchor through the medium of an universal joint, and sludge tubes 7a installed in the anchor and the pipe are connected with each other with a flexible pipe 5. Pipes 3a, 3b, and 3c are connected together through the universal joints 4, and the pipes are connected with the flexible pipe 5 located between the pipes to connect sludge tubes 7a, 7b, and 7c with each other. A leg L, consisting of the anchor 2 and the pipes 3a, 3b, and 3c, is sunk to the bottom of the sea A to land the anchor on the bottom of the sea. Sludge is fed into the anchor 2 through the sludge tubes 7a, 7b, and 7c. A pipe group 3 and a cantilever 20 are coupled through the universal joints 4 and 19. Seawater in a tank 18 is drained to moor a platform 17. |
