PURPOSE:To make it possible to play out film securely by installing a drive roller to the outside periphery of film wound into a cartridge in such a way that the drive roller may freely contact or be separated from the outside periphery of the film and by playing out the tip of film with the drive roller in an automatic cartridge loading unit for projector film. CONSTITUTION:When a cartridge 3 is iserted into a cartridge insertion nozzle 2 for projector, an electromagnet M is demagnetized and a roller 4 is located at a position indicated by dotted lines. When the cartridge 3 is thoroughly inserted, the roller 4 is pulled by the electromagnet M through a spring and pressed against the outside periphery of a film 21. The film 21 is rotated in the arrow direction by the drive roller 4 with the operation of a projector. Then, the end of the film is inserted into an insertion nozzle 11 through a film outlet 24 and is clamped with a sprocket 12 and a pressure roller 13 and is fed to a guide roller 18. This construction makes it possible to prevent a loosened film and play out the film to the film insertion nozzle without fail. |
