PURPOSE:To provide high performance with small driving power and simple construction by bringing a cooling medium into sliding contact with a rotating part from a stationary part by means of the pressing force of a spring, and sealing the circumferential direction therof by the use of an O-ring. CONSTITUTION:The cooling mechanism for a rotary mirror is constituted of a mirror 3 which reflect the laser 1 of the 1st shaft irradiated from a light source to the 2nd shaft, a mirror case 4 which supports the mirror and is so constituted as to permit the passage of a cooling medium, and a driving mechanism 5 which supports said case and rotates the case around the 1st shaft. The mirror 3 is cooled by conducting the cooling medium introduced from the outside into the 6j for the cooling medium in a sliding contact pipe 6g through an injection pipe 6a, and further introducing the same into a cooling pocket 4a through the cooling medium inlet 4b of the case 4. |
