PURPOSE:To contrive an iron loss in iron core by a method wherein iron core elementary plates are alternately stacked so that one junction shape of centrol leg section iron core elementary plates or inside yoke section iron core elementary plates of T junction sections may differ from the other junction shape. CONSTITUTION:An iron core 1 is composed by stacking leg section iron core elementary plates 21, 33, 41 and yoke section iron core elementary plates 53, 54, 55. One end of the elementary plate 33 is formed in mountain shape so that the one end may join at an angle of 45 deg. to a notch section 551 formed at a part of 1/2 in width of the elementary plate 55. The other end of the elementary plate 33 is cut at an angle of 45 deg. and joined at an angle of 90 deg. to the elementary plate 54. The iron core elementary plate of each layer is alternately stacked by inverting the upper part and lower part and the surface and rear and magnetic resistance to each magnetic flux of three phase at the junction section is equalized. |
