PURPOSE:To enhance the positioning accuracy of a truck to be conveyed and the degree of utilizing freedom by placing the secondary side of a linear step motor on the truck and mounting a primary side coil only on a station on an orbit. CONSTITUTION:The primary side coil 3 of a linear step motor is mounted only on each station of an orbit 2 laid on the ground. Further, the secondary side of the motor is placed on a truck 6 to be conveyed moving on the orbit 2. In this manner, the truck is positioned and is moved to the next station with the coil 3. Thus, the positioning accuracy of the truck 6 can be enhanced in the station, and the handling of the truck 6 can be facilitated. |
