The invention relates to an X-ray diagnostics device for organ-edge display by means of a television pick-up device, comprising a first frame buffer (7), having a differentiating stage (8) for generating subtraction images by forming the difference of the stored and the current video signal, and with a monitor (13). The difference stage (8) is followed by an adder (10) which is connected to a second frame buffer (11), the output signal of which is supplied to the adder (10) so that the pixel information items of the difference stage (8) are added together in the second frame buffer (11). The output signal of the second frame buffer (11) is supplied to the monitor (13). The circuit section (8, 9) located between the first frame buffer (7) and the adder (10) is constructed in such a manner that it forms the absolute values (¦A¦) of the pixel information items of the difference stage (8). <IMAGE>
