PURPOSE:To facilitate extraction of symbol characteristics by extracting only symbols and definitions from a drawing in which symbols and lines are mixed basing on large area structural analysis. CONSTITUTION:Output 40 of a buffer registers 39 enters input 42 of a buffer 41, and input 44 of a timing circuit 43. Output 65 of the timing circuit 43 is connected to input 68, 69 of counters 66, 67, and output 70 of a collation memory 61 is connected to input 71, 72 of counters 66, 67. Output 73, 74 of countr 65, 67 is connected to input 76, 77 of a coordinate point 75. Window data cut out by buffers 41, 46, 51 and registers 48, 53, 56 are compared with the contents of the collation memory 61. When coincide with characteristics extraction data, they are regarded as intersection point, and contents of the counter are stored in a coordinate point memory 75. |
