PURPOSE:To increase residual magnetic flux density and the maximum energy product by a method wherein metal powder consisting of samarium: 23-27wt%, titan: 0.2-7wt%, copper: 3-9wt%, iron: 14-25wt%, and residual, cobalt is formed in a magnetic field and after sintering, age treatment is applied to a low-temperature side from a high-temperature side in multi-stage. CONSTITUTION:When Sm is 23wt% or less or exceeds 27wt%, no increase in coercive force exists and magnetic flux density decreases. When Ti is 0.2wt%, an increase in coercive force is not remarkable and when Ti exceeds 7wt%, the magnetic flux density decreases. If Cu is 3wt%, no increase in coercive force is noted and if Cu exceeds 9wt%, the magnetic flux density decreases. No increase in coercive force will be obtained when Fe is 14wt% and the coercive force will remarkably decrease when Fe exceeds 25wt%. Age treatment is performed from a high-temperature side to a low-temperature side in multi-stage at a temperature range between 350 deg.C and 900 deg.C. |
