The invention relates to a hip endoprosthetic arrangement comprising a femoral hip endoprosthesis whose stem is inserted in the medullary cavity of the femur and has additional means for transmission of the force on to the femur. A force balance at the proximal femur end for reduction of degradation phenomena caused by an insufficient or excessive loading on the bone is achieved, according to the invention, in that a flexible tensile member is connected to the prosthesis in the region of the proximal stem end and from there is led in a stretched state to a deflection located laterally from the proximal stem end and firmly connected to the bone, and thereafter to a point provided distally from the stem. The tensile member may be anchored at this point or after its return to the medial cortical substance.
