PURPOSE:To improve the corrosion preventing property of the switchboard by a method wherein the air in a closed cabinet is forcibly led through a piping to the outside of the cabinet in order to be cooled and in addition sent back through a surge-tank in the cabinet at the enclosed switchboard, which requires forced cooling. CONSTITUTION:In the switchboard enclosed in the cabinet 1 in which an electrical apparatus 11 heated by an electric resistance generating heat by energizing and the like are required to be forcibly cooled down below the determined temperature and housed, a cooling fan 9 for forcibly moving the air with raised temperature in the closed cabinet 1 is provided. Cooling fins 23 are provided at the intermediate part of a cooling duct 22, which leads the air moved by said fan 9 to the outside of the cabinet 1, in order to cool said air firstly. The air firstly cooled at the cooling fins 23 is sufficiently cooled at a cooling tank 25, to which a cooler 28 is connected. After that, the sufficiently cooled air is led into the surge-tank 37 in order to be rendered uniform pressure and henceforth to send back into said cabinet 1. |
