The present invention comprises a container for two-wheeled vehicles, in particular motorcycles. The container essentially has an aerodynamically favourable, egg-shaped design and is intended to be arranged such that it can be fixed essentially by its base on or to the fuel tank in a dimensionally stable and positively locking manner and furthermore can be fixed in front of the vehicle rider. The container is also intended to be arranged such that it can be fixed by the vehicle rider using quick-action fasteners and such that it can be released by means of quick-action fasteners from the fuel tank or from one or more support devices connected thereto. In this way, it is intended primarily to produce a means for accommodating luggage in a positively locking and easy-to-handle manner with optimum usage and favouring the safety of the vehicle driver or motorcyclist.
