PURPOSE:To obtain the titled mixing head having little load on maintenance to an orifice by a method wherein liquid plastic components are circulated incessantly in common passages and plastic residues can be prevented from sticking to the orifice part. CONSTITUTION:When not mixed, liquid plastic components are supplied by a changeover value at low pressure to supply ports 10, 26 to push down value bodies 82, 84. the component supplied to the supply port 10 is returned from a return port 14 to a material tank through a supply passage 74- the 2nd passage 102- a common passage 104- a return passage 74, the component supplied to the supply port 26 is returned from a return port 30 to another material tank through a supply passage 78- the 2nd passage 108- a common passage 110- a return passage 80. When mixed, each component is supplied by the changeover value to the ports 10, 26 in high pressure state, a projecting shaft 44 is drawn to form a mixing chamber 54 and the value bodies 82, 84 are pushed to connect supply passages 74, 78 to suction passages 70, 72. |
