The invention relates to a nozzle connection for oil burners for combustion of very viscous heating oils, in particular with small throughputs. The aim of the invention consists in increasing the operational capability of nozzle connections for heating-oil burners and making possible the combustion of very viscous heating oils using the pressure pulverising method. The aim is achieved according to the invention in that heating oil preheated for combustion flows through or around the nozzle holder over its entire length and an adjustable pressure-control element is arranged in the nozzle holder, which works in a maintenance-friendly manner, guarantees a preselected operating pressure of the oil flow before the nozzle to avoid vapour bubble formation and, by the special design of the spring plate, prevents subsequent spraying of heating oil on closure of the valve. <IMAGE>
