PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a runner servo-motor by mixing the molybdenum disulfide into the lubrication member placed in the runner boss thereby reducing the frictional force. CONSTITUTION:The runner impeller 1 fixed to the runner boss is operated by supplying the oil in the pressure oil tank 4 to the runner servo-motor 3 by means of a pump 5 through the link mechanism or a runner impeller spindle bearing 2 arranged in the runner boss. The power required for the servo-motor is the hydraulic moment to be applied on the runner impeller and the frictional force of the runner impeller open/close mechanism where said frictional force is reduced by reducing the friction factor. When mixing the molybdenum disulfide of 5-10% into the lubrication oil to be contained around the link mechanism or the spindle bearing 2, the friction factor is reduced thus to reduce the power required for the motor 3. When it will exceed over 10%, the frictional force will not drop thereby 5-10% is economical. |
