PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a slide unit by adjacently arranging without any excessive space each position for track face, turnabout way, return hole, pre-loading bolt, oil supply hole and a fitting screw hole to be provided in a main body. CONSTITUTION:In order to apply a pre-load between track faces 4, 5 and a ball 3, a pre-loading bolt 19 is horizontally screwed in the rear of at least one track plate 16 through a bung body 18. At a position just above and apart from the position of the screwed pre-loading bolt 19, a return hole 8 parallel with a track face 5 is drilled in a main body 15 which is positioned diagonally above the track face 5. Further, an oil supply hole 20 is drilled in the direction crosscutting approximate center of the main body 15, at a position right above return holes 8, 8 drilled at right and left symmetrical positions. Furthermore, a turnabout way 10 making the track face 5 and return holes 8 to communicate with each other is drilled through a track retainer 14 and a side plate 13. In addition to the above, setscrews 17 are provided at three points consisting of the central upper part and lower right and left end parts. |
