PURPOSE:To facilitate the inspection by pivoting two box members while making four valves and valve holes in the folding face. CONSTITUTION:Upon rising of the water level in a tube 2, the air in the tube 2 will open the valve board 15 to rotate the turbine 34 then open the valve board 27 and discharged to the outside. Here the valve boards 16, 28 will not open. Upon lowering of the water level, the negative pressure is produced in the tube 2 to open the valve board 28 and since the valve board 15 is closed the valve board 16 is suction opened to suck the outside air from below the partition wall 31 of a turbine box 25. Since the air will lift similarly at the rising of the water level in the turbine 34, it will rotate in the same direction. At the inspection a stopper metal 37 is removed from the hooking section 24 to separate two box turbines 25 and the air supply member 11 to enable the inspection of the valve boards 15, 16, 27, 28 provided on the planes 14, 26 thus to enable the inspection of the turbine 34 through the valve hole 29 at the back of the valve board 28. |
