PURPOSE:To expand an available range of a radio and a television receiver, by writing in advance frequency or a channel displaying data of the receiver in a memory of a voice synthesizing circuit, and outputting a correspondig frequency or a voice corresponding to a channel when the frequency is stabilized by switching the receiving frequency or the channel. CONSTITUTION:A radio wave from an antenna 13 passes through an intermediate frequency circuit 16 and a detector 17 through a selecting circuit 14, etc., is converted to a sound signal, and the sound signal is outputted to a switching circuit 18. Receiving tuning is executed by controlling a PLL circuit 22 and a local oscillator 21 under the control of a control block 23, and an output of the block 23 is supplied to an indicator 25 and also is sent out to a voice synthesizing circuit 26, too. In a memory in the voice synthesizing circuit 26, a sound signal corresponding to frequency or a channel is written in advance, and when a voice is designated by a displaying data and is outputted, the switching circuit 18 obstructs an output of the detector 17, supplies a voice output of the synthesizing circuit 26 to a loudspeaker 20, and after that, the switching circuit 18 selects an output of the detector 17. |
