<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a bistable electromagnet which is not influenced by outer disturbance by a method wherein an armature is formed in the shape of H at the central parts of which pivots are provided to rotate the armature freely in the movement of seesaw, and a bar of iron core consisting of a set coil, reset coil and permanent magnet is installed on both sides of armature bordering the pivoting axis. CONSTITUTION:An armature 14 constructing a bistable electromagnet consists of legs 14b, 14c, and 14d, 14e of the armature which protrude in the shape of ? and border on a base 14a, where pivots 14f are inserted to enable the yoke 14 to rotate. Next, a bar of iron core 10 which has a set coil 12 and a permanent magnet 15 embedded in a notch 10a is installed on the fingers 14b and 14c, a bar of iron core 11 which has a reset coil 13, on the opposing fingers 14d and 14e. With such structure, voltage is applied alternately to iron cores 10 and 11 via power switches 19 and 20 to actuate the yoke 14 in the movement of seesaw.</p> |
