PURPOSE:To obtain a stable phorogram sheet prevented from dust and damages by forming plural crossed interference fringes on a photosensitive element by the interference of laser light and galvanizing the surface of the photosensitive material layer to transfer a phrogram pattern to the layer. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive material layer 2 is formed by applying a photosensitive material to the surface of a smooth transparent base plate 1 and then drying the material. After drying the base plate 1 and removing solvent, a reflection preventing layer 3 consisting of red color source dispersing paint e.g. is formed on the rear of the plate 1. A interference pattern is exposed by interference light flux such as laser light to form the interference pattern intersecting at a crossing angle corresponding to information. After developing and pattering, a conductive layer 5 with the thickness of several 100Angstrom -several 1,000Angstrom is formed. By electrically galvanizing the surface of the conductive layer 5, a metal-galvanized metallic layer 6 is formed. Subsequently, the metallic layer 6 is removed to obtain a metallic plate 7 for a phorogram information sheet. |
