This is inoculated into a medium-containing jar fermentor, cultivated at 28 deg.C for 67hr, the culture solution is filtered using sellaite as a filtration auxiliary, to give a filtrate. It is passed through a column packed with carbon powder for chromatography, adsorbed, eluted with acetone, and purified by column chromatography, to give a compound shown by the formula. |
