PURPOSE:To confirm the state of office processing at windows with a customer and to decrease the burden in the personnel in charge at the window job, by displaying a callout number, a pending callout number and number of pending matters. CONSTITUTION:Through an issuing signal from a reception ticket issuing machine 30, 1 is added to the pending matter number displaying part on a display panel 1 for display. In issuing a reception ticket, the operator receives a document from a customer, describes the number of the reception ticket to a reception slip and the slip is attached to the said document. When the processing for the document is finished, the operator inputs the number of the slip with a push- button switch group 11 on the panel 10. This input is performed by a switch 12 after clearing a monitor display 20 with a monitor clear key 15. This number is confirmed through the display on the monitor display device 20 and displayed on the display panel 1 and a display device 21 with a flash key 16. Simultaneously, the display number of pending matter number displaying part on the panel 1 is subtracted by 1 for display. |
