PURPOSE:To obtain the titled substance directly, by changing the operating pressure of plural distilling apparatuses having a mash column and a rectifying column as a distilling column with the addition of a salt in combination, and using the absolute alcoholic vapor in the former stage as a heat source for the mash column in the next stage. CONSTITUTION:Apparatuses having two sets of the first distilling apparatus having a mash column (2A) and a rectifying column (4A) under ordinary pressure in a group (A) in combination with the second distilling apparatus having a mash column (2B) and a rectifying column (4B) under reduced pressure in a group (B) are used. A mash 6 is passed through the first condenser (8a) and a reflux heat exchanger (10B) under reduced pressure and then fed to the mash columns (2A) and (2B) to rectify the alcoholic vapor in the mash to the top by heating and feed the vapor to the first rectifying column (4A). The resultant alcoholic vapor obtained from the top is fed to a reboiling heater 32, and the condensate is returned through a pipe (34A1) to the column (4A). The same operation is carried out in the second distilling apparatus. The bottoms are converted into a vapor in an evaporator 30 and used as a part of the heat source. The aimed substance is obtained from products (38A) and (38B). |
