Thrust-rod conveyor with curved track - has chain guides in fork holders in trough and supporting links

The thrust-rod-type conveyor with a curved track (1) has chain links with driving dogs (6) guided through the curve by two concentric guides (7,8), between which parts of the links work. The dog horizontal centre lines are roughly on that of the guides. The guides are supported in the conveyor trough by fork-type holders (9). At least some of the links are partly above and partly below the vertical faces of the guides. The top member of each such link has supporting faces transmitting the chain weight to faces (7a,8a) on the guides, and the dogs are mounted on these top members.
