PURPOSE:To eliminate the needs for the towing of a working platform body and the installation of offshore crane by using a system in which legs are stacked up on a foundation leg portion by utilizing the working platform body, a jack mechanism, and the foundation leg portion. CONSTITUTION:A platform 1 is built up on the bottom 22 of a dock through blocks 23, and a foundation leg portion 3 is provided in a jack house 2. Then, legs 16 are placed on fixed rails 6-9 through a truck 17, and the platform 1 is raised up to the upper end of the foundation leg portion 3 by operating the jack mechanism inside the dock. Then, the legs 16 are moved to right above the foundation leg portion 13 through temporary rails 10-13 provided, the platform 1 is slightly lowered, leg pipes 3a and 16a are welded, and then the temporary rails 10-13, the truck 17, and the fixed rails 6-9 are removed. |
