PURPOSE:To mold a foamed resin object which is free of a cavity inside and has a skin layer of high density, by taking up a foamable resin extruded from a die provided with a plurality of extruding nozzles via a frame body of a specified shape. CONSTITUTION:A frame body 4 composed of side walls 45-47 which are inclined, being expanded from an opening 43 of an inlet side toward an opening 44 of an outlet side, is used (an inclined angle of side walls 45-47 to a normal of an extruding end plate is approx. 5-30 deg.). That is, a foamable resin is melt extruded from a plurality of extrusion nozzles 31 of an extruding end plate 3 fitted at a die 2 of an extruder 1 and the extrudates 71-73 is extrusion molded, contacting with an inside face of said frame body 4, cooled to below a softening temperature of the resin by a cooling medium circulated in a passage 42, then a foamed object 7 is obtained by introducing the extrudates into a water bath 6 via a sizing die 5 and subjected to cooling. |
