PURPOSE:To enable to stably and smoothly rotate a turntable at the desired speed by rotatably driving the turntable with a plurality of coils disposed on a fixed base plate and electromagnetic force between magnets provided on the inner surface of the turntable. CONSTITUTION:A doughnut-shaped insulating plate 3 is bonded onto the upper surface of a fixing base plate formed with a hub 2 and a recess 2a, and 3 coils S1-S3 of approximately equal shape are printed and disposed at equal interval to each other at approximately equal distance to the center of the hub 2 on the plate 3. Then, 3 position detectors V1-V3 are disposed between the coils S1- S3. The turntable 9 disposed oppositely to the coils S1-S3 is supported by a shaft 7, the three coils S1-S3 printed and disposed on the upper surface of the plate 3 are formed on the inner surface of the turntable, are printed on a thin annular synthetic resin 10, and four magnets R1-T4 alternately printed and magnetized in opposite polarity are disposed on the resin 10. |
