PURPOSE:To pick up an original signal, by regarding a band and a signal frequency in forming an SSB wave as a specified value, logically enabling to compress the band of the SSB wave and expanding the SSB wave at a demodulation side. CONSTITUTION:SSB wavesIand II are made to obtain frequency (WO-WL) and (WO-WH) and the band for the case is denoted as W/2, where W is signal band, WO is the center frequency, WL is a signal frequency smaller than the frequency WO and WH is a signal frequency larger than the frequency WO. The frequencies are added with each other with coding by m to obtain the terms (WO-WL)+m(WO-WH). The band of the signal is W/2 and the band compression is made to a half the signal in frequency W. In case of demodulation, the code m is removed from the coded band W/2 signal to obtain the SSB waves of (WO+WL) and (WO-WH), and signal frequencies WL and WH expanded by using the WO are obtained, both of them are added and the signal having the original band W can be outputted. |
