REFRACTORY COMPOSITION FOR REPAIRING BOTTOM BLOWING TUYERE

摘要

PURPOSE:To enhance the bonding strength, compressive strength and porosity by adding a prescribed amount each of magnesia as a refractory starting material, plastic clay and condensed phosphate as a binder. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition consists of 100pts.wt. natural magnesia and/or sea water magnesia as a refractory starting material, 1-5pts.wt. plastic clay and 0.1-5pts.wt. condensed phosphate as a binder. The composition has superior bonding strength, compressive strength and porosity even in hot repairing, and it shows a high rate of sticking in spray working.
