PURPOSE:To easily perform pierce-working, by providing an arm provided with a punch on its tip part, so as to be rockable, on a die having a die set, driving the arm by a rocking means, and constituting so that press-working is performed by the punch and the die. CONSTITUTION:An arm 25 having the center of rocking on a extrusion L of a working surface 32 of a panel 47 being a work is turned in the direction as indicated with an arror A when the first inclined surface 43 of a drive cam 42 press-contacts with a roller 28 of the arm 25 and moves, rotating, as an upper die 41 descends. When the upper die 41 further continues its descending, the second inclined surface 44 of the drive cam 42 press-contacts with an inclined slide surface 27 of the arm 25, a projecting strip 45 is guided by a guide groove 29, the arm 25 is further turned, and by a pierce punch 31 and a button die 22 provided on the arm 25, pierce-working is performed at a prescribed place on the inclined surface of the panel 47. |
