摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a rectification testing machine which is constructed nearly to an actual DC electric machine by cutting a magnetic field with a riser connected to a commutator segment and obtaining a magnetomotive force. CONSTITUTION:A riser 4 is formed to pass a magnetic field 22 capable of being suppressed in its strength in the prescribed zone during rotation. One and of the magnetic field 22 in the circumferential direction is disposed as a rule at the position not exceeding the end of rectification at the time when the energizing riser 4 passes the field 22, and is disposed in this case at the position where the riser 4 connected to the segments 13 passes the field until the segment 13 is contacted with a commutator brush 5 at the entire surface from when the segment 13 enters under the brush 5. The magnitude of an electromotive force 23 generated when the riser 4 crosses the field 22 can be adjusted by adjusting the intensity of the field 22. To cancel the electromotive force produced by the inductance L of a reactor 7, a current distribution can be corrected to the linear current distribution as designated by a broken line 20, and when the force 23 is further increased, it can be formed in a recess shape of a curve 24.
