PURPOSE:To provide the titled sheet having excellent preservability and resistance to both water and plasticizers, by providing a support with a color former layer composed of a color-forming colorless or light-colored dyestuff, a color- developing substance, and specific binding agent. CONSTITUTION:A coating liquid is obtained by dispersing or dissolving in an aqueous medium a colorless or light-colored color-forming dyestuff (e.g, 3-diethylamino-6-methyl-7-anilinofluoran), a color-developing substance (e.g., oxalic acid), a binding agent prepared by adding to a copolymer of 50-95wt% (meth) acrylamide and 50-5wt% (meth)acrylonitrile 1-70wt% crosslinking agent (e.g., a mixture of polymethylolurea and an amino acid), and if, necessary, a defoaming agent, a heat-fusible substance, etc. The resulting coating liquid is applied over a support and dried to form a heat-sensitive color-former layer. |
