<p>PURPOSE:To regenerate an absorbing agent appropriately, by a method wherein the flow rate of an absorbing agent circulated into an absorbing tower is controllled by feeding back according to the flow rate of the gas to be absorbed being discharged from the top of a regenerating tower, and a heating amount is controlled by feeding forward according to the controlled circulation flow rate. CONSTITUTION:A raw gas 2 is fed into an absorbing tower 1 into which absorbing liquid for acidic gases is introduced, and the gas is discharged as a washed gas 4 after being washed. The absorbing liquid 3 is fed into the regenerating tower 7 through a valve 5 and a heat exchanger 6. The liquid 3 thus regenerated is passed through the heat exchanger 6 again and is returned into the absorbing tower 1 through a valve 8 and a flow rate detector 9. A tower-top temperature indicator 23 for the regenerating tower 7 and a valve 14 for steam 12 control the amount of steam 12 according to the tower-top temperature through a controlling means 25 which performs a PID action. The flow rate of the absorbing liquid 3 being circulated is controlled by feeding back by the valve 8 in accordance with a signal fed from the controlling means 24. The two variables mentioned above are also controlled by feeding forward by controlling means 26, 27 and a summation means.</p> |
