PURPOSE:To provide a simple operability and to give a good convenience for usage, by automatically forming a no signal part with a prescribed length only with an operation for a specified time or more of a pause operator simply. CONSTITUTION:In a PCM deck 20, a PCM processor 21 and a VTR22 for recording and rproduction are incorporatedly formed. The PCM deck performs normal recording and reproduction, digital mixing recording with a VTR23 externally connected with the VTR22 with signal switching circuits 24-28, digital dubbing and PCM adaptor function for recording or reproducition. When a pause switch SW4 is turned on in recording state for a prescribed time or more, a digital recording mute signal is outputted from a digital mute circuit 291 and a pause signal making the VTR22 into pause state is outputted with a delay for a prescribed time. |
