PURPOSE:To efficiently process a data of a binary list structure, by automatically holding the other pointer in the course of processing one pointer of a cell, and using it when processing the other pointer part. CONSTITUTION:To an MAR 5, one pointer part address (for instance, the left side) of a cell is set. An access control part 4 sends out a main storage address in the MAR 5 to a main storage 2 in accordance with an instruction of an operation processing part 3, and also sends out a memory start signal to the main storage 2. Subsequently, the left side pointer part is processed by the operation processing part 3, and simultaneously, the access control part 4 inverts a specific bit of the MAR 5 by an inverting circuit 6, and sets it again to the MAR 5, and executes a read-out access to the main storage 2. The right side pointer part which has been read out secondly is held in an advance fetching buffer 7. When the following processing is executed to this pointer part, the operation processing part 3 fetches a data stored in the advance fetching buffer 7 without requesting an access, and executes the processing. |
