PURPOSE:To attain an energy-saving operation of an air conditioner, by setting the temperature of air supplied from the air conditioner at the lowermost economical temperature within a temperature range having air-conditioning effect by controlling operation of a cool-water pump or the opening of a cool-water valve. CONSTITUTION:Cool water is supplied to an air conditioner 1 having a refrigertor through a cool-water valve 8 capable of controlling the flow rate of water through the same. The cool water absorbs heat at the refrigerator and is circulated through a coil in the body of the air conditioner. An air-conditioning fan 10 is provided on the indoor side near the coil for feeding air into a room to be air-conditioned through the coil section. A means 9 for controlling the temperture of air supplied from the air conditioner is connected to the valve 8. In addition thereto, there are provided a sensor 2, for detecting the temperature of air in the room, a sensor 3 for detecting the temperature of air at the outlet of the air conditioner, and a sensor 7 for detecting the temperature of atmospheric air. Further, in the water feed system, there are provided a sensor 4 for detecting the temperature of cool water, a sensor 5 for detecting the temperature of returned cool water, and a sensor 6 for detecting flow rate of cool water, so that the temperature of air at the outlet of the air conditioner is set at a value within the range of 18 deg.C-24 deg.C having air- conditioning effect. |
